copy of your file, no more need to have
several different versions of the same file such as "Attachment v1",

recycle bin you where you can find the files you delete in case you need to
recover them.
SharePoint Online
A team
collaboration software included in Microsoft Office 365. It has several

enterprise search, workflow and content management.
