Skype for Business

Files stored in OneDrive for Business are private by default, that means only the owner is able to access them, unless you as the owner decide to share them, you are even able to share them with peers outside your organization if you company policies allow it.
OneDrive for Business allow you to send the link of your attachment instead of the file itself, which in turn allows your teammates to collaborate in the exact same copy  of your file, no more need to have several different versions of the same file such as "Attachment v1", "Attachment v2", "Attachment v3".
OneDrive for Business allows you to sync your files across devices, and It also has a recycle bin you where you can find the files you delete in case you need to recover them.

SharePoint Online

A team collaboration software included in Microsoft Office 365. It has several purposes which include Serve as an Intranet, a document management system, enterprise search, workflow and content management.
With SharePoint Online you are able to provide everyone on your organization with access to critical business information when and they need it. You can use SharePoint Online to have contacts templates, company policies, processes guidelines, and any other pertinent information which your employees, current and future will be able to access.
